Staff is friendly and courteous and seem to work together like a well organized group. The doctor spoke with us without giving us the sense that his medical terminology was over our heads, and took great consideration for the state of my 86 year old mom's health. She has an extensive cardiac history and COPD. He discussed her many options and included us in deciding what is best for her.

People there seem to be nice, Doctors appear to be professional and have compassion. If you are not right in front of them, you are forgotten about. No-one answers their phone, and if they do, you can never get the doctors nurse on the phone. Their patient portal is a joke. Left 5 messages on important upcoming CT scans that were needed. They have no sense of urgency. No follow-up. Takes them over a week to send a request for a CT scan, then they done mark it urgent, so you wait 30 to 45 days to get an appointment for a pending issue that needs to be addressed. It took them 2 1/2 weeks to respond to my request for help. Don't waste your time going here if you have a medical need. Go to Madison.

Never ever again! I was hoping since its been almost 20 years since I was there last they may have improved, but it was much worse than I remembered. First thing you see is a patient lying on a bed without even having a curtain pulled. Next is the space with the bed and with a waste basket brining over onto the floor. I felt extremely rushed to hurry up and get undressed. I asked if they were on a really tight schedule and was told that they really keep things moving. After what I can only assume was the nurse came and asked questions about my prep and was told I should have done the prep this morning but the directions said you couldn't drink anything 6 hours before so how would that be possible? Then this girl came in to do the IV but was too afraid to do and got someone else. I expressed that I've done this many times before and didn't they see in my chart that I've had 2 ft of my intestines removed and they said we don't have that information from the local hospitals. I said it wasn't at those hospitals but shouldn't they have knowledge of me as what my previous diagnosis had been. I'm not a doctor but it seems logical to me that my surgery and possible scar tissue might be something they'd want to know.She responded that they aren't a hospital and they don't need to know. That did it. I left and will never go back. I had it done at several other places and it wasn't anything like this experience. I went to Mercy on Riverside before and they were wonderful, I'll go back there. I didn't feel like I was on some human roto rooter assembly line!
